Grandad Collar Shirts

At Celtic Tweed, we were asked repeatedly by our customers buying our tweed jackets and waistcoats to make them shirts. So we designed a very simple but classic grandad collar shirts. We took our inspiration for the design from the men who worked in the Arthur Guinness Factory at James Gate, and as a result have called our shirt “ARTHUR”

Just like a pint Guinness our shirt is understated but great, made from highest quality chambray cotton with button front, and cuffs to take cufflinks for more formal occasions. The shirt is classic in its fit and proportions. Our cotton made from poplin weave is not only a lovely feel against the skin but also very breathable so perfect for the summer months.
