Returns with An Post
While we hope you are happy with your purchase, you have the right to change your mind. In the case that the item(s) is not faulty, damaged or incorrect, we ask the customer cover the return shipping costs through An Post. From the day you receive your order, you have 14 days to submit your return via An Post by following the below steps;
- Fill in the Returns Form found at the bottom of this page with all relevant information.
- Send your return package via your nearest An Post office to below address.

This option is limited to customers returning items from the Republic of Ireland.
- We kindly ask customers to return items unworn, with all swing tickets and labels attached, in the original packaging.
- Please include your original order confirmation and returns form as proof of purchase with all returns.
- All returns processed for a refund will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
- Please note items that have been tailored for you cannot be returned or exchanged.

In-person returns

You can return your item(s) between Monday - Friday 10:00 - 16:30. Please use the returns form found at the bottom of this page.
- We kindly ask customers to return items unworn, with all swing tickets and labels attached, in the original packaging.
- Please include your original order confirmation and returns form as proof of purchase with all returns.
- All returns processed for a refund will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment.
- Please note items that have been tailored for you cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please note that we need to refund the card that paid for the original transaction, so make sure you have it with you.
Returns outside the Republic of Ireland
If you are returning your item from outside the Republic of Ireland, you can return your item following the below steps, by post or courier.
- Fill in the Returns Form found at the bottom of this page with all relevant information.
- You can then Send the return package via your local postal service or your preferred courier services.
After you notify us in via email that you wish to return your item(s), you have 14 days to return them to us. Once we receive your returned items, we will process the refund. You have the option to return your item(s) by post or courier - or in-person.
In the case that the item(s) is not faulty, damaged or incorrect, we ask the customer to cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds will be made to the card by us within 8 days of receipt less the original shipping fee if the customer availed of free shipping and less any customs duty charges.

Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect Items
All items are Quality Checked before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will process the return of your item.
- Please email us within 48 hours of receipt including your order number, a photograph and a description of the faulty, damaged or incorrect item(s) to info@celtictweed.ie
- The refund or replacement will be actioned after we have received the faulty, damaged or incorrect item at the below address;

After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14 day Return Policy as noted above.
Additional notes on returns
Any items returned to us without submitting a return form will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
Returns can only be accepted for items bought directly from this website with proof of purchase. For items bought from other retailers, please contact the retailer from whom the purchase was made.
If the order contained a free promotional gift, the gift must be included with the return of any related items.
Where promotions, such as Sale, have been used, discounts will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will only be refunded the amount paid less the shipping.
When returning your items by post, we recommend you use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the items back to us, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Assuming that our Return Policy has been adhered to, returned items will be credited within 8 business days of our receiving them but please note that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank provider.
