Materials
Our material choices are central to our commitment. We prioritize natural, renewable fabrics like wool and linen, which have a lower environmental impact than synthetics. Wool is particularly beneficial as it is biodegradable and provides warmth without energy-intensive production, making it ideal for sustainable outerwear. We work with local suppliers as much as possible and mills that follow Eco-friendly practices, helping to reduce our carbon footprint while supporting local communities.
Forever Clothing.
Our commitment to sustainability extends to customer engagement, where we encourage mindful choices and garment care. By offering care tips, repair services, and styling ideas, we help customers extend the life of their clothing, reducing environmental impact. This approach resonates with our customers, who build wardrobes filled with lasting, meaningful pieces which we can repair for them. We are on track to add product passports to our collections during 2025, so that customers have full traceability of the clothing we make.
Production
Anyone who has worked in a clothing business will appreciate that the efficiency of your markers and pattern lays dictate how much waste fabric you have when cutting. Investment in patterning technology and the skill or our experienced cutters has ensured that we keep this waste to a minimum. Our design team are constantly looking at ways in which we can repurpose off cuts.
